Every reservation will be secured by a deposit taken by credit card. The deposit will be the cost of the first night's stay including tax at time of reservation. If the credit card is declined, we must receive an alternate credit card within 24 hours. If we are unable to secure a deposit, your reservation will be cancelled.
You may cancel your reservation at least 48 hours from check-in. Cancellations may be made by telephone or email. If you do not arrive on the date of your reservation, you will be charged for the one night deposit, and the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are not eligible for a
refund. Reservations made within 48 hours of check-in are not eligible for refunds.
Reservations made during special events may have minimum nights required and different cancellation policies.
If possible, our reservations department will contact you by phone or email to assist you with arrival and anything else you may need. If you are unavailable and do not respond your reservation will not be cancelled.
